Agreement with Tech Care Code
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Tech Care Code websites, mobile applications, software products, training, consulting, support, project delivery, and related services. By using our services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If a signed proposal, statement of work, invoice, platform listing, or service agreement applies, that document will control for the specific project where it conflicts with these general terms.
Our Services
Tech Care Code provides website development, mobile app development, custom software, AI and machine learning solutions, cloud and infrastructure work, cyber security support, SEO, automation, enterprise systems, data solutions, maintenance, consulting, internships, training, and related technology services.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
- Use our services only for lawful, authorised, and intended purposes.
- Do not upload malicious code, infringing content, spam, or unlawful material.
- Do not reverse engineer, misuse, overload, attack, copy, or interfere with our systems.
Project Delivery
Timelines, features, milestones, dependencies, support scope, and acceptance criteria are defined in the agreed proposal or communication. Delays caused by missing content, approvals, third-party services, payment holds, or scope changes may affect delivery dates.
Payments And Refunds
Fees, taxes, payment schedules, renewal charges, and refund eligibility are defined in the relevant quotation, invoice, app listing, or agreement. Custom development, consulting, setup, domain, hosting, third-party licence, and completed milestone payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Intellectual Property
Tech Care Code retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, know-how, reusable code, and internal libraries. Client-owned deliverables transfer according to the agreed project terms after payment completion, excluding third-party assets and platform licences.
Third-Party Services
Projects may use third-party hosting, APIs, payment gateways, analytics, communication services, app stores, Meta tools, Google services, maps, plugins, or open-source packages. Their terms, pricing, availability, and policy changes are outside our direct control.
App Store And Platform Use
For products distributed through Google Play, Meta, or other platforms, users must also follow the applicable platform terms. We may update, suspend, or modify app features to meet platform policy, security, privacy, or legal requirements.
Support And Maintenance
Support is provided according to the selected package or written agreement. Maintenance may include bug fixes, updates, monitoring, backups, security improvements, and minor changes, but does not automatically include new features, redesigns, or third-party cost changes.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Care Code is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-loss damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or revenue caused by service interruptions, third-party failures, misuse, or unauthorised access.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms, platform policies, payment obligations, security requirements, or applicable law. Users may stop using our services at any time, subject to active contracts, unpaid invoices, and data retention obligations.
